Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruiting efforts for our 20 stores and Store Support Center. This role manages the full hiring process—from sourcing to onboarding—while driving a positive candidate experience and supporting broader HR initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • 4-6 years HR or recruiting experience preferred
  • SHRM-CP/PHR certification a plus
  • U.S. work authorization
  • Strong communication, consulting, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for corporate and key store leadership roles
  • Develop recruitment campaigns and pipelines to attract top talent
  • Partner with leaders to understand staffing needs and recommend strategies
  • Manage our ATS, job boards, and recruiting vendors
  • Oversee recruitment budgets, compliance, and vendor contracts
  • Direct international recruiting programs (e.g., J-1 visa program)
  • Build community partnerships and represent the company at hiring events
  • Manage associate referral program and internal job postings
  • Provide hiring metrics and reports to leadership
  • Support employer branding and other HR projects
